Bass Community Meeting

Tomorrow evening, Thursday May 10th, Philadelphia 8th district Councilwoman Cindy Bass will host a community meeting with representatives from City departments and other agencies. This is an opportunity for local residents to hear from the Councilwoman and work with her staff and representatives about their issues and concerns.  Others expected to attend are representatives from the Police, Water, and Sanitation Departments, PGW,  PECO, CHIP, SEPTA, CLIP, SWEEPS, and Licenses and Inspections.

Today Philadelphia announced the Commissioner at L&I is Carlton Williams, currently in the streets department.  No idea if he will be at Bass's meeting but if there is a representative from that department perhaps it would be possible to ask about the new guy.
