Public Transit Rules

As someone who used (in pre-kid days) to keep subway maps of Chicago, DC, and London in her purse, and is now conversant with Amtrak, SEPTA, and assorted other public transit systems, I really enjoyed reading these two posts (here and here) on Clublife. The Doorman outlines his suggested rules and regulations for those riding the NYC transit system. The language is a little rough but I agree with him on most of them.

HA! Love it. I'm gonna keep reading this blog. It's a breath of fresh air to hear things like this every once in awhile - completely common sense rules of mass transit.

I should also add that I'm a NYer who's been using mass transit since about the age of 13 in NYC. I also lived in DC and took the Metro there. Now, I'm in Philly and use SEPTA daily.

Eh, I walk to work and LANTA is terrible. If I wanted to go from Allentown to Easton on the Bus I'd be lucky to get back before the daily routes ended. We have no light rail service.
