A Quick Look at Jason Salus

Jason Salus is the Democratic candidate for Montgomery County treasurer.  He is currently a Borough Councilman in Conshohocken and before that served on the Conshohocken Planning Commission.  In 2010 the county commissioners appointed him to the Montgomery County Industrial Development Authority.  Salus has earned an MBA from Temple and a B.S. in Finance from Penn State.  In Conshohocken he supported an audit measure that collected $1 million in delinquent taxes.  He has six years experience in forensic accounting, uncovering millions of dollars of waste, fraud and abuse in the private and public sectors.
