The FDA is issuing new tobacco warning labels. You can get a sneak peak on their website: http://www.fda.gov/TobaccoProducts/default.htm Keep in mind that while cigarettes are taxed in Pennsylvania, chewing tobacco and cigars are not. It makes no sense, but there you go.
