Amazon Shout Out

A note of thanks to Amazon.com for great customer service. I had a problem with an order last month and after getting the run around from both shipping firms I contacted Amazon. It is actually possible to talk to a live person there. The lady did not sound like a native speaker of English. She didn't have an accent but seemed to speak phonetically -- pronouncing clusters of letters opposed to words, like a gps systems sometimes does. Regardless, she took care of the problem and my book arrived the next day.

Giving credit where credit is due, it was an impressive response. Thank you, Amazon.
