A number of people have implied or informally announced candidacies for county and city commissioner / council races. However, some have jumped in with formal announcements. Here are two:
Sherrie Cohen is running for Philadelphia City Council At-Large. She kicks off her campaign Wednesday evening.
Joe Grace is running for Philadelphia City Council, 1st District. His announcement event is on Tuesday.
