Give a man a fish or teach a man to fish, both will be less expensive in Pennsylvania next year, if he buys his license in December. The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission is lowering the cost of fishing licenses. You can see a list of prices on their website (there are different prices for residents and non-residents, seniors, reservists, etc). A resident annual license is $21.70.
