Geek Note: Scalzi Tweets LOTR

For my geek buddies:  Science fiction novelist Jon Scalzi (Old Man's War, Little Fuzzy, and others) watched a Lord of the Rings movie marathon recently.  As he went he tweeted random thoughts.  One example:
