Hot off the press from Chris Cillizza of the WaPo:
In recognition of the challenge facing House Democrats going into the fall campaign, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is asking leading lawmakers to help the party stay on offense in some GOP-held seats and to help protect some of their colleagues from defeat.
The DCCC plans to announce Monday that Reps. Bruce Braley (Iowa), Allyson Schwartz (Pa.), Patrick Murphy (Pa.) and Donna Edwards (Md.) will serve as co-chairs of the committee's "Red to Blue" program, which is designed to identify and capitalize on the Democrats' opportunities to pick up seats across the country. (Other participants in the program will be announced later in the week.)
Is that a sign that those 2 PA seats are considered "safe"?
