Our friends at the Sunlight Foundation have created some new playgrounds for wonky-types. Earmarkwatch.org lets you search for earmarks from a couple of bills, by sponsor, by state, recipient, etc. Fun for all ages!
There is also now a Pennsylvania portal on Congresspedia for those wishing to keep up with all the doins' in congressional races and other congressional matters. They do list local bloggers for each congressional district and, in full disclosure, I'm listed in a few spots. It's a wiki so you can play along at home.

Sunlight is a great race tracker and lists just about all of our PA internet scribes. I got a plug for the 10th and 11th districts, can't argue with that.
Any accurate list of bloggers covering those districts would have to put you at the head of the pack.
