Two candidates for the 8th city council district in Philadelphia were out helping with the Philadelphia Annual Spring Clean Up this past Saturday. Cindy Bass joined residents of West Rockland Street in Germantown.
Howard Treatman was also out cleaning up Germantown.
Bill Durham also participated in the Spring Cleanup this weekend as well in the 8th City Council District.
