One of the Philadelphia Inquirer's blogs,
Blinq, has been, for the most part, dormant for awhile now. It is being relaunched as a group blog for a group of the paper's reporters: blog founder Dan Rubin, and newcomers, Kevin Riordan, Karen Heller, Monica Yant Kinney, and Annette John-Hall.
