The National Constitution Center, a private, non-profit institution located on Independence Mall in Philadelphia, will remain open, should the federal government go into partial shutdown. The museum will operate under its regularly-scheduled hours, Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Saturday, 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.; and Sunday, 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. All events taking place at the museum will continue as scheduled. Historic Philadelphia attractions including the Betsy Ross House, Franklin Square, and Historic Philadelphia Center will also remain open.
