Brad Koplinski, a Harrisburg City Councilman and a Democrat, has announced his candidacy for lieutenant governor. Koplinski has set up a website,
www.koplinski2014.com, with a bio, issue statements, and, of course, a donations page. The official announcement is slated for Monday, Feb. 4th, in the State Capitol.
