Catching up on accumulated reading material, something caught my eye in the May issue of
Fast Company. "
Georgia Chopsticks," points out the entrepreneurial spirit of Korean born immigrant Jae Lee. He found out that China doesn't have the lumber industry to provide all the disposable chopsticks China uses. Lee started a company that makes chopsticks and exported them to China. His chopsticks are currently less expensive than those produced in China.
