State Rep Daryl Metcalfe tilts at a number of windmills. For many years he has been working against Planned Parenthood. In a 2011 letter to Gov. Tom Corbett, Metcalfe outlines his opposition the organization over time. He is at it against it again; this time trying to defund Planned Parenthood.
