Hair / Eye Color: Brown / Brown
Race: White / Gender: Male
Distinguishing Characteristics: Tattoos: "tiger's head" on
upper back, "bird" on one shoulder and a "panther" on other,
pierced left ear. Crewcut hairstyle.
Medical Conditions: Insulin-dependent diabetic.
Clothing: Dk. blue or black windbreaker, white "Nike"
athletic shoes.
Jewelry: "Medic tag" necklace. Diamond stud in left ear.
James was last seen at approx. 5:00 p.m. leaving his residence near the 700 block of 2nd Ave. to pick up his daughter in nearby Woodlyn, PA. He never arrived. His vehicle, also missing, is described as a hunter green 2002 Ford Explorer with PA Lic# FLA 4785. James had a tendency to become confused and disoriented because of his diabetes.
